Description

Need ideas on recipes that meet the new meal requirements? Wait no
longer. “Recipe Rejuvenation” is a mini session that provides recipe ideas
that are working in LEAs throughout North Carolina. A panel of School
Nutrition Directors from across the state will provide recipe ideas that have
been created in their respective LEAs. Participants may ask questions of
the panel about their recipes. (Recipes used in this session are intended for
continuing education purposes only and are not endorsed for use in schools
without further review and adaptation.)
