NC K-12 Culinary Institute for Administrators

As part of the planned K-12 Culinary Workshops for 2018, sessions for SN Administrators have been scheduled which will allow one administrator per School Food Authority (SFA) the opportunity to participate in food preparation techniques being taught to managers and training managers during Summer 2017. *Please Note* These sessions are NOT for training managers or school level managers.

Each session is scheduled for two days:

Day 1 activities are scheduled from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Day 2 will start at 8:00 am and conclude by 3:00 pm.

Who Should Attend

The SFA should send only central office staff who will be able to return and share with others in their organization. Priority seating will be given to administrators from SFAs preparing more than 100 meals daily in one or more school kitchens. Select the administrators or supervisors (especially menu planners!) best suited for participation in the workshop and register below.
