Getting Started

Schools/institutions that are interested in participating in school meal programs should complete the Potential New School Food Authority (SFA) Interest Form and submit it to the State Agency (address is on the form).  A School Nutrition Consultant will be in contact to provide and gather additional information.  IMPORTANT NOTE: The application process for potential school meal programs sponsors takes approximately six months.
